Memories from the 1970's - Scenes from the 1970's in Rossland Canada

Hi David, I found box of old photos of snowmobiles from my childhood.
(Yes, even then, I carried a camera everywhere...)

Just some scenes of snowmobiles from the town I lived in. 
The Arctic Cat Panther belonged to a friend who’s Dad was the Arctic Cat dealer in town. 
The Yamaha was a big deal when it arrived. We had never seen one. The guy decided to be a dealer, I think.
What I remember most was he painted it that fogged candy red color, which always stuck with me and probably
influenced my car paint colors... Notice how much snow we had off the side of the road.
 
The Starcraft was just in front of his house. 
The antique Arctic Cat was antique even back then! It did not look like fun. 
A couple of 1968 OMC Snow Cruisers. I liked the look, but they looked like family machines. 
B&W Ski Doo. "We were always hanging around hoping we could get a ride.
I suppose that's why I give so many rides in my Vipers now. 
You never know who's life you'll change because of a ride! It could be a lifelong memory!" Maurice
